Community Tour of the Reserve at Montalba
The Reserve at Montalba Rustic Home Community invites all Anderson County residents to visit our property.
We will have food and drinks, make a brief informational presentation, and give a hay-ride tour of the property, if the weather permits.
The Reserve is the premier lakeside home community in Anderson COunty. There are five lakes, two miles of private interior roads, 22 lots with six remaining to be sold, and all power is underground.

Location
Take Highway 19 to Montalba. Take FM 321 heading west for 1.5 miles. Then turn left (southbound) for 0.8 miles on ACR 2303. Turn half left on ACR 2306 for 0.7 miles. Turn right into the big log gate and go forward only 100 feet then turn right. Go over a creek and through the meadow. Continue another 200 feet and turn left into Gate #1. Follow the road to the home.
